- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases
- Resume shortlisting & screening calls
- Conducting pre-employment assessments
- Campus Hiring
- Engaging with colleges and organizing virtual drives
- Building a strong fresher pipeline

💰 Salary Details
