- Follow governance protocols and procedures outlined by the client.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to adapt to new work methods and systems for continuous performance improvement.
- Knowledge of mortgage processing is a plus.
