Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Support: Assist Client Success Managers in maintaining client trust, understanding business goals, and answering everyday client queries.
- Project & Task Coordination: Track timelines, project milestones, and deliverables to keep client projects running on schedule.
- Account Health & Retention: Monitor client health indicators, identify at-risk accounts, and assist in implementing retention strategies.
- Product Knowledge & Onboarding: Master CertifyOS API solutions to guide clients, resolve basic product queries, and prepare user training webinars and documentation.
- KPI Tracking & Analytics: Gather, maintain, and report client success metrics using basic data tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver a frictionless client journey.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1+ years in client success, account management, B2B support, or account coordination (Strong internship experience in HealthTech/SaaS is acceptable).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with basic spreadsheet/analytics software (Excel, Google Sheets) for performance metric tracking.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized multi-tasker with high ownership and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
