💼 Role: Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho, you will:
- Handle technical support requests from customers worldwide.
- Provide product demos and conduct customer training sessions.
- Gather requirements, respond to RFIs (Request for Information), and follow up with prospects.
- Deliver accurate, timely solutions to customer issues.
- Provide phone-based support to international customers.
🎯 Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- At least 6 months experience in a client-facing role.
- Open to relocation.
- Keen to learn new technologies.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
