Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and the operations team to manage supply chain logistics, pricing, and delivery timelines. Your role will directly contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team in responding to internal and campus manager queries.
- Share pricing quotes and estimated delivery timelines.
- Identify and flag delays, errors, or inconsistencies that could affect delivery or pricing.
- Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Suggest process improvements to help scale operations.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and use new tools/platforms.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues early.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $480 – $780/month (based on experience).

Job Location & Working Hours
- Location: Remote (Hyderabad, India)
- Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (may change as per business needs).
