🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities

As a Collection Specialist at Sutherland, you will:

Review and monitor open accounts from daily reports.
Make collection calls (outbound/inbound) in a professional manner.
Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.
Process account adjustments, reconciliations, and refunds.
Send dunning letters for delinquent accounts.
Escalate issues in case of non-payment.
Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Operations teams.
Update daily/weekly trackers and maintain compliance.
Participate in learning, development, and process improvements.

🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required

Education: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred)
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Collections & International Voice process knowledge preferred
- MS Office basics
- Open to rotational shifts
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply
