🎯 Responsibilities
- Understand E2E EDI architecture and business processes between HP and partner systems.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to fix recurring EDI variance issues.
- Drive process improvements to deliver measurable business benefits.
- Work closely with HP IT, Supply Chain Finance, Partner Ops/IT, and regional teams.
- Identify issues in gateway systems and coordinate with IT & 3rd Party Logistics for resolutions.
🏆 Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Flexibility to work extra hours (nights, weekends, holidays if required).
- SAP Knowledge and IT technical awareness preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Supply Chain knowledge in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Logistics.
- Understanding of inventory analysis and project management methodology.
