- Handle inbound customer care calls from DishTV users.
- Provide accurate and polite support in both Hindi & English.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with effective communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls related to customer queries.
- Assist customers with billing, technical support, or service-related issues.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Work independently while managing time efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have a Laptop/Desktop & Broadband connection.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely.
