✅ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support via voice process to international clients.
- Provide accurate solutions and ensure a great customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with global customers.
- Work in a 5-day workweek with rotational shifts (mainly night shifts).
