🚀 Job Role: Collection Associate
As a Collection Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your main focus will be on resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts, and following up with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Review open accounts daily and take necessary actions.
- Make outbound and inbound collection calls to customers in a professional manner.
- Collect payments as per due dates and follow up on pending invoices.
- Monitor customer payment activities and escalate unresolved cases.
- Handle client billing issues, process refunds, and account adjustments.
- Communicate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure account-related queries are resolved.
- Send dunning letters to customers for overdue payments.
- Update daily/weekly trackers and follow internal compliance procedures.
- Participate in learning and development sessions to improve skills.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Open to learning new tools, technologies, and skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, reconciliations, and payment processes.
