Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Interact with users to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving & Escalations: Perform root-cause analysis on recurring user issues and provide fast resolutions to improve the support lifecycle.
- Rapport & Communication: Build trust and maintain professional communication standards across all user interactions.
- Metric Tracking: Document and log daily support metrics, tracking turnaround times and resolution accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Skills
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any field).
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
