Job Description

Sagility is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for Freshers for the Non-Voice Process role in Coimbatore.
This is a great opportunity for Arts and Science graduates from the 2024 & 2025 batches who are looking to start their corporate careers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process customer claims according to company guidelines.
• Maintain service levels and ensure quality parameters are met.
• Follow professional standards and established procedures.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Arts or Science Graduate (2024/2025).
• Education Pattern: 10 + 2 + 3 (15 years) mandatory.
• Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, and Diploma holders.
• Skills Required:
  • Good English communication (oral & written).
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
