Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate support to international healthcare customers through non-voice (chat/email) channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain accuracy in communication and data entry
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Any Arts and Science UG Graduate (Passed out years 2020 – 2025)
✅ No active arrears
✅ Strong communication and listening skills
✅ Good typing speed and accuracy

🚫 Not Eligible:

  • B.E / B.Tech / M.B.A / Postgraduate candidates
  • Candidates with prior experience in non-related fields

Shift Details

  • Night Shift / Rotational Shift
  • Candidates must be flexible to work in any timing
