Job Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries via international chat support
- Resolve telecom service and product-related issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely responses
Upselling & Sales
- Identify opportunities to upsell telecom products and services
- Communicate benefits of upgraded plans effectively
- Meet individual and team sales targets
Process & Documentation
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and internal departments
- Attend daily meetings and training sessions
Performance Metrics
- Achieve KPIs such as NPS, quality scores, and sales targets
- Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream
- Passed out 2020 and later only
- No active backlogs (arrears)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or chat support preferred
- Telecom billing experience is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong persuasion and sales aptitude
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Willingness to work in night shifts
