📈 Training Structure & Stipend
- Total Training Period: Up to 15 months from the date of commencement.
- Phase 1 (First 3 Months): Classroom training as an Intern with a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 / month.
- Phase 2 (Next 12 Months): On-job training post successful completion of classroom training as an Associate Engineer.
- Service Agreement / Bond: Selected candidates are required to sign a mandatory undertaking/bond of ₹2 Lakhs for a total duration of 2 years & 9 months.

2. Academic Eligibility Criteria
- Consistent Academic Record: Minimum 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA in each educational program completed full-time, including:
- 10th Standard (SSLC)
- 12th Standard (+2 / Pre-University / Diploma)
- Graduation (B.E. / B.Tech degree) based on latest available marks.
- Backlogs: Zero backlogs at the time of application. Candidates must pass their final year exams in the first attempt.
- Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years of age at the time of joining.
