Job Overview
Cognizant is hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for its Process Executive role under the Customer Service (PR) domain. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide quick resolutions.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively in English — both verbal and written.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and feedback.

- Familiarity with basic customer service and order entry systems.
- Prior customer support experience is an added advantage.
