The HR Service Delivery Associate role involves supporting the Employee Services and Employee & Labor Relations function. You will handle workforce queries, assist in onboarding, people movement, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
This position is ideal for graduates passionate about HR operations, employee relations, and customer service.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Manage employee service requests via email or internal platforms.
Handle employee relations matters, including salary and benefits discussions.
Support onboarding, people movement, and benefits administration.
Execute and maintain HR processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and maintain process metrics and MIS reports.
Participate in client calls, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for process issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
