🎓 Role & Responsibilities
As a Process Associate, you will be part of the Order-to-Cash domain, focusing on delivering world-class customer service.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and issues promptly via voice/email/chat.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases.
- Data Management: Accurately manage and update data across multiple internal systems.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to overall operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

HCL is looking for specific educational backgrounds for this voice process:
- Eligible: Arts & Science graduates (UG) from 2024 or 2025 batches.
- Post-Graduates: MBA, MA, M.Sc (2026 batch) are eligible ONLY if you can join in March 2026.
- 🚫 NOT Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / BCA / MCA / M.Sc CS are not eligible for this specific drive.
