💼 Role Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) operations and ensure timely, accurate financial transactions. You’ll be responsible for order management, collections, and receivables while maintaining compliance with IBM’s service-level agreements (SLAs).

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing activities related to Order to Cash (O2C) operations.
• Identifying potential risks and suggesting appropriate actions.
• Coordinating order management, collections, and cash application tasks.
• Ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
• Supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and reconciliation.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.

Preferred Education:

• Master’s Degree (MBA or M.Com preferred).

Required Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Order Fulfillment, and Cash Collections.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Ability to handle queries, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
