💼 Role Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) operations and ensure timely, accurate financial transactions. You’ll be responsible for order management, collections, and receivables while maintaining compliance with IBM’s service-level agreements (SLAs).

Your key responsibilities include:

Managing activities related to Order to Cash (O2C) operations.
Identifying potential risks and suggesting appropriate actions.
Coordinating order management, collections, and cash application tasks.
Ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
Supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and reconciliation.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.

Preferred Education:

Master’s Degree (MBA or M.Com preferred).

Required Technical & Professional Skills:

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Order Fulfillment, and Cash Collections.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Ability to handle queries, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth processes.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented.
