Job Description

Join the Logistics Process (Non-Voice) team at Teleperformance and gain hands-on experience in logistics documentation and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle logistics documentation and related backend tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of shipment details.
• Communicate internally with teams to track process status.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Work in night shifts to support international clients.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Qualification: Any Graduate (No Arrears)
✅ Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
✅ Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong typing and documentation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
