Job Description

As a Process Associate – KYC Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, systems, and data to support Capgemini’s financial operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in compliance, finance, and data management.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to:

• Understand and analyze customer processes, data, and business needs.
• Perform due diligence and verification tasks as per KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.
• Assist in identifying risks, anomalies, and areas of process improvement.
• Support ongoing financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across finance and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer KYC checks and verification.
• Perform process and data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Assist in building domain knowledge and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support business advisors in shaping strategies and improving client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred)
✅ Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of KYC, AML, or financial processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and related tools
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
