Job Description

As a Process Associate – KYC Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, systems, and data to support Capgemini’s financial operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in compliance, finance, and data management.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to:

Understand and analyze customer processes, data, and business needs.
Perform due diligence and verification tasks as per KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.
Assist in identifying risks, anomalies, and areas of process improvement.
Support ongoing financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across finance and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer KYC checks and verification.
Perform process and data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
Assist in building domain knowledge and maintain accurate documentation.
Support business advisors in shaping strategies and improving client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred)
✅ Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of KYC, AML, or financial processes
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and related tools
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
