Role Overview

As a Health Operations New Associate, you will be part of the Healthcare Management team responsible for supporting healthcare operations, documentation, and regulatory processes. The role focuses on digital transformation in healthcare, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process electronic submissions, including application filings and life cycle management submissions (CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.)
• Coordinate essential documentation and resources for global application filing
• Support administration activities in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and healthcare facilities
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Handle operational tasks efficiently as per process guidelines
• Work as an individual contributor within a predefined scope
• Be flexible for rotational shifts as required

• Strong process orientation and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Any graduate degree is eligible
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
