Caterpillar is looking for a skilled Accountant to join its Medium Excavation (MHEX) product group in the Excavation Division.
You will act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, supporting analysis, investment decisions, and growth initiatives across a global, cross-functional team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly business reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Partner with leadership on accountable reporting and market share analysis.
- Assist with investment and sourcing analysis to drive growth.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on R&D spend tracking.
- Develop new data analytics tools for financial insights.
- Champion finance transformation and process improvement.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
- Experience in forecasting, investment analysis, or data visualization is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and financial modeling is a plus.
