Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to US insurance companies for claim status, eligibility, and verification
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely claim payments
- Handle claim denials, identify reasons, and ensure quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients on invoices, payments, and account balances
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow RCM guidelines
