Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims as per company guidelines
- Review, investigate, and act on customer claims
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (non-sales)
- Maintain accuracy and adhere to quality standards
- Meet productivity and service level targets
- Ensure punctuality and maintain professional conduct
- Collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors
