Job Responsibilities

• Manage real-time international voice calls with professionalism
• Provide high-quality customer support and issue resolution
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet process KPIs
• Handle complex queries with confidence and clarity
• Ensure timely escalation and follow-up for unresolved concerns

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in an international voice process
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Must be available to join immediately
  • (15 days notice period acceptable)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (predominantly night shifts)
• Comfortable with Work From Office requirement

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹2.25 – ₹3.5 LPA (depending on experience)
