Job Responsibilities
- Manage real-time international voice calls with professionalism
- Provide high-quality customer support and issue resolution
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet process KPIs
- Handle complex queries with confidence and clarity
- Ensure timely escalation and follow-up for unresolved concerns
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Must be available to join immediately
- (15 days notice period acceptable)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (predominantly night shifts)
- Comfortable with Work From Office requirement
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹2.25 – ₹3.5 LPA (depending on experience)
