Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Management

  • Greet and welcome clients, providing assistance and guidance as required.
  • Deliver a professional reception experience and handle front desk activities effectively.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly.
  • Handle VIP guests and special events with extra care.

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including inventory tracker reporting for corporate areas.
  • Perform general office administration duties efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain a neat and aesthetically pleasing corporate environment.
  • Respond to emergencies and contact the appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Guide clients on food and beverage requirements as part of hospitality support.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage bookings and travel arrangements for clients, including company/vendor cabs and drivers.
  • Handle vendor coordination and vendor management tasks.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and quick decision-making capabilities to manage day-to-day challenges.

Communication & Professionalism

  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a pleasing personality with strong customer service and guest-handling abilities.
  • Understand urgent situations and act with diligence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations.
  • Strong communication skills, professional attitude, and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and vendor coordination preferred.
