Job Overview

As an Airport Services Agent, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to passengers at the airport. You will ensure efficient check-in, boarding, arrivals, baggage handling, and overall customer satisfaction. The position also requires strong coordination with internal teams and service partners to maintain smooth airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at all touch points within the airport.
• Maintain constant coordination with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Cargo, and Lounge teams.
• Supervise service partner activities to ensure smooth acceptance and processing of passengers.
• Direct arriving and departing passengers to the appropriate locations such as Arrival Hall, Transfer Area, Departure Gates, and Lounges.
• Verify passenger travel documents, visas, and entry requirements.
• Coordinate with Cargo, fueling companies, baggage handlers, aircraft loading teams, and catering services during the aircraft turnaround process.
• Handle company mail and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight administrative duties.
• Manage baggage claims and passenger assistance requests.
• Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Airways’ safety and security standards.
• Support efforts to maintain On-Time Performance (OTP) for all flights.

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:

• A high school qualification with at least two years of airport customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of key airport functions such as passenger handling, baggage processes, weight and balance procedures, and dangerous goods regulations.
• The ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Valid authorization to live and work in India.
