About the Role

The Field Recruiter will focus on blue-collar hiring, especially delivery riders, warehouse associates, and other field roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, meeting candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

This position is crucial for ensuring Bigbasket has a steady pipeline of reliable and skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to source, screen, and recruit blue-collar candidates, including delivery bikers.
• Manage the entire hiring cycle: sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle documentation, verification, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong database of candidates for continuous hiring needs.
• Ensure new hires complete training and settle smoothly into their roles.
• Liaise with internal teams to understand manpower requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
• 6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably field hiring.
• Strong experience in blue-collar hiring such as delivery riders, bikers, or warehouse staff.
• Having a bike for field recruitment activities is usually preferred.
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
