As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and tech-savviness.

🕒 Working Hours

  • 10-hour shift, 5 days a week
  • Shift timing: Anytime between 6 AM – 11 PM
  • Weekdays off, Saturday & Sunday working

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve queries quickly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication scripts for different customer scenarios

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat engagement
  • Identify customer needs and provide clear solutions or alternatives
