As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and tech-savviness.
🕒 Working Hours
- 10-hour shift, 5 days a week
- Shift timing: Anytime between 6 AM – 11 PM
- Weekdays off, Saturday & Sunday working

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve queries quickly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Follow communication scripts for different customer scenarios
- Upsell products when applicable
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat engagement
- Identify customer needs and provide clear solutions or alternatives
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Escalate unresolved issues to designated teams
- Take ownership of customer problems until resolution
- Advocate for customers under the “Voice of the Customer” program
