Job Description
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will develop, design, and maintain technologies that improve how clients and the world work. You will work in dynamic environments, leveraging your versatility to create and support technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on business requirements
- Understand business drivers and deliver software that meets performance expectations
- Integrate automation solutions, new functionality, and emerging technologies
- Participate in peer reviews and ensure timely, high-quality code delivery
- Take ownership of successful implementation of solutions
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (All Branches), M.E./M.Tech (All Branches), MSc, MCA, or Integrated Dual Degree Program
- No active backlogs during registration & onboarding
- Maximum 23 months of full-time experience
- Must complete the degree in the stipulated duration (e.g., B.Tech in 4 years)
- Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture recruitment in the last 3 months
- Eligible to work in India (Indian citizens, Bhutan/Nepal nationals, or valid visa holders)
Assessment & Selection Process
The selection process includes multiple stages to evaluate your technical, cognitive, and communication skills:
Mock Assessment
- 20-minute practice assessment
- Ensures proper hardware, software, and internet setup
Assessment #1: Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment
- Duration: 40 minutes
- Behavioral: Personality traits
- Cognitive: Puzzles, numerical reasoning
Assessment #2: Technical Assessment
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Topics include MS Office, pseudocode, networking, security, cloud, and basic programming concepts
Assessment #3: Coding Assessment
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Solve 3 questions using any of these languages:
- Backend: Java, .NET, Python, C++, C#
- Database: SQL
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, React.js, Vue.js
Assessment #4: Communication Assessment
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Evaluates verbal (pronunciation, fluency, listening, vocabulary, grammar) and written communication skills
Final Round
- Personal interview based on performance across all assessments
