Job Description – AR Caller / Process Executive
As a Process Executive – AR Caller, you will be responsible for:
- Handling US healthcare accounts receivable (AR) calls
- Communicating with insurance companies to follow up on claims
- Resolving claim issues and payment discrepancies
- Updating claim status and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims
