Job Responsibilities
As a Process Executive at Infosys BPM, your key responsibilities include:
- Meeting daily process targets in line with customer SLAs
- Working as per client-defined shift timings
- Following established governance and compliance mechanisms
- Executing transactions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines
- Ensuring accuracy, productivity, and process adherence
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts, including night shifts (24×7)
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in work methods or systems
- Mortgage domain knowledge is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Banking / Mortgage / Insurance domains is a plus
Preferred Skills
- DATA → DATA processing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and processing skills
