🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in Finance & Accounts
B.Com / M.Com or similar
1+ year experience in General Ledger Accounting
Oracle Fusion experience is mandatory
Flexible to work night & rotational shifts
Must have a registered TCS EP ID

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage General Ledger (GL) activities
Process journal entries and ensure ledger accuracy
Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances
Support month-end and year-end closing
Ensure compliance with GAAP and audit requirements
Coordinate with AP, AR, and Treasury teams
Maintain fixed asset ledger and project setups
Assist with statutory and regulatory reporting
🧠 Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (EPMs)
Solid understanding of accounting principles & standards
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
⭐ Preferred Knowledge
End-to-end knowledge of Accounts Payable domain
Experience in large-scale finance operations
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
