- 1β3 years in operations, customer service, or backend roles
- Preferred background in Insurance or Banking sector
π§Ύ Roles & Responsibilities
πΉ Customer Relationship & Service
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints
- Ensure upfront complaint resolution and management
πΉ New Business Processing
- End-to-end handling of new business logins
- Support sales teams in policy conversion
- Scrutiny of application forms and rejection handling
- Client ID creation and premium receipting
πΉ Policy Servicing
- Process policy servicing transactions
- Same-day coordination with HUB Operations
- Refund processing and dispatch
- Manage undelivered policy documents
- Handle COA (Change of Address) and minor alterations
- Respond to customer and channel partner queries
πΉ Claims Handling
- Collect claim documents from customers / hospitals / police stations
- Follow up with claims team for processing and settlement
- Coordinate claim cheque handover
πΉ Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain files, registers, and reports
- Update systems such as MINT, PEPPER WONDERS
- Ensure accurate customer data updates
πΉ Business Retention & Persistency
- Prevent policy surrenders and withdrawals
- Revival calling for lapsed policies
- Field visits when required for reinstatement
πΉ Lead Generation
- Generate leads from walk-in customers
- Schedule appointments and follow up with sales teams
- Update leads in system and track closure
π§ Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage documentation
