As a Customer Service Representative at NoBroker, your responsibilities include:
- Acting as a relationship manager for paid NoBroker customers
- Understanding customer requirements and helping them find the right tenant or house
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Building strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Negotiating with leads on behalf of customers
- Updating customers on account progress regularly
- Using internal tools to deliver the best service
- Following communication procedures and company policies
- Going the extra mile to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
