🎯 What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

This is NOT a sales job. No cold calls. No targets. No pressure.

Your role is to:

• Guide customers on choosing the right insurance plans
• Explain insurance policies in a simple way
• Help customers make confident decisions
• Provide honest and unbiased advice
• Communicate via calls or WhatsApp (based on team)

👥 Choose Your Work Style

🔹 Team Falcon (Call-Based Advisory)

• One-on-one advisory calls
• Deep client conversations
• Working hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

🔹 Team Bliss (Chat-Based Advisory)

• WhatsApp & text-based advisory
• Limited calls
• Shifts: 10 AM – 7 PM OR 12 PM – 9 PM

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (Tamil preferred)
• Interest in helping people
• Basic computer & digital skills
• Freshers can apply (training provided)

📌 Insurance experience NOT mandatory – 2 months full training provided.
