💼 Job Role: Payment Specialist
As a Payment Specialist, you will own the end-to-end resolution of payment discrepancies, perform deep root cause analysis, and use data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, finance, legal, and operations.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Data manipulation and data analysis
- SQL querying and reporting

- Propose resolution paths and present recommendations to leadership
- Secure leadership approval for payment-related decisions
- Own and achieve Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for issue resolution
- Develop action plans to prevent future payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and technical infrastructure
- Improve efficiency by scaling and automating issue resolution processes
