🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for international clients
- Provide global technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot L1 technical issues related to:
- Windows / macOS
- Microsoft Office 365
- Active Directory
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer issues professionally with clear communication
🔹 Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of IT Helpdesk / Technical Support
- Understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory (User management, Password reset)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts

- BCA – Computer Applications
- B.Sc – Computer Science
- B.Com – Computer Science
- B.Tech / B.E – Computer Science / IT
- Diploma in Computer Science
