Job Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries via international chat support
  • Resolve telecom service and product-related issues
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely responses

Upselling & Sales

  • Identify opportunities to upsell telecom products and services
  • Communicate benefits of upgraded plans effectively
  • Meet individual and team sales targets

Process & Documentation

  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and internal departments
  • Attend daily meetings and training sessions

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve KPIs such as NPS, quality scores, and sales targets
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Passed out 2020 and later only
  • No active backlogs (arrears)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or chat support preferred
  • Telecom billing experience is an added advantage

Required Skills

  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and sales aptitude
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
