As an Operations Support Apprentice, you will assist in maintaining smooth internal workflows, handle tickets, document interactions, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amber’s products, services, and customer service policies
- Document customer or internal interactions when required and forward relevant information to concerned teams
- Handle and close support tickets within assigned timelines
- Ensure all activities meet defined SLAs for smooth departmental operations
- Recommend improvements, new features, or service enhancements by identifying customer needs
- Participate actively in training sessions provided by the organization
