About the Role

The Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing back-office email operations related to customer issues. The role demands strong written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment supporting international clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer issues related to stores, employees, and digital coupons via email
  • Review cases, analyze tools and available information, and provide accurate resolutions
  • Use predefined templates and ensure proper case documentation
  • Update and classify customer records correctly
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through written channels
  • Quickly learn new processes and apply correct resolution methods

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in email/back-office customer support
    (US-based process experience preferred)
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Mandatory)
  • Location Preference: Chennai-based candidates
  • Skills: Strong English communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail
