💼 Role: Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of major airline clients, assisting customers with accurate and timely information related to airline products and services.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Freshers
- Minimum 12+ years of education
- Background in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or recognized Aviation certification course (preferred)
Experienced Candidates
- Prior experience in Travel / Tourism / Aviation companies preferred
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
- Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts
