Job Description – International Voice Process
Omega Healthcare is hiring freshers for the role of Process Executive – AR (International Voice Process). Selected candidates will communicate with US insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims and resolve accounts receivable issues.
👉 No prior experience required – complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with US insurance companies for pending medical claims
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) status
Identify and resolve claim-related issues
Update claim status in internal systems
Maintain clear communication with insurance representatives
Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any UG / PG (Except MBA & Life Science)
Experience: Freshers are eligible
Age Limit: Up to 30 years (considered only as fresher)
