Job Description – International Voice Process
Omega Healthcare is hiring freshers for the role of Process Executive – AR (International Voice Process). Selected candidates will communicate with US insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims and resolve accounts receivable issues.
👉 No prior experience required – complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies for pending medical claims
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) status
- Identify and resolve claim-related issues
- Update claim status in internal systems
- Maintain clear communication with insurance representatives
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any UG / PG (Except MBA & Life Science)
- Experience: Freshers are eligible
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years (considered only as fresher)
- Shift Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Willingness to learn healthcare processes
