Job Role: Support Services Analyst (Associate Level)
The Associate Support Analyst will provide technical and functional support for customers using Deltek Project Information Management (PIM).
This role requires:
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Logical problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of application console & backend systems
- Customer communication skills
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Services Analyst, you will:
- Provide timely and professional technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot issues across configuration, permissions, workflows, logs, and performance
- Analyze problems using IIS tools, SQL queries, and system logs
- Handle document management, email management, and indexing/search issues
- Maintain detailed case documentation with reproduction steps
- Escalate complex issues with proper technical evidence
- Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Product teams
- Continuously improve technical and product knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
π Educational Qualification
- Bachelorβs degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Business Systems
- Or equivalent technical certification
π¨βπ» Experience
- 0β2+ years of experience in:
- Software support
- Technical troubleshooting
- Customer-facing technical roles

Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates must have:
- Hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services)
- Sites, App Pools, Bindings
- Authentication
- SSL/TLS basics
- Basic to Intermediate MS SQL
- Writing & executing queries
- Validating datasets
- Ability to:
- Interpret IIS & Windows Server logs
- Understand web application architecture
- Troubleshoot browser-to-server interactions
- Read basic HTML
- Understand network/security basics
Business & Accounting Knowledge Required
- Basic understanding of:
- Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Budgets
- Costs
- Ability to interpret financial document metadata
- Comfort working with finance-related terminology
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications
- Exposure to workflow tools & document management systems
- Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems
- Multi-layer log analysis experience (application/server/network)
