🎓 Role & Responsibilities: KYC & CDD
This is a core banking process focused on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
Document Verification: Review passports, licenses, and visas for international customers.
Risk Assessment: Conduct due diligence for high-risk customers and identify beneficial owners for companies/trusts.
Onboarding: Handle new account setups and periodic KYC reviews.
Outbound Calls: Occasionally confirm personal or business details via calls to clarify discrepancies.
✅ Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
HCL is very specific about the education background for this role:
Eligible: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance/HR/Business), and any Arts/Science degree with basic accounting knowledge.
PG Batch: 2026 Post-Graduates are eligible to attend!
🚫 NOT Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / Engineering graduates / MCA / M.Sc (IT/CS) are not eligible for this specific drive.
